Customer since 2002, cardboard union carried out with IPPEL the project to expand its paper and dough preparation machine. Your machine was completely supplied by IPPEL.
The project 100 (100 ton / day of average production) consisted of a complete solution for the factory to raise its production to these values, improve paper quality and be carried out in several stages. These steps have been accomplished, and currently, Papelão União has the capacity to achieve this average daily production with excellent paper quality.. For this the paper width has been increased as well as the machine speed.
In the paper making machine, in the various stages, all parts of the machine were replaced, need because the width of it has increased.
For this project, Ippel provided, in addition to the paper making machine, also most dough preparation equipment.
