Technical description
Used as primary separators of the largest contaminants in the disaggregated mass, with or without removing the contaminant braid.
Work in batch breakdown processes, that is, each load of the breaker needs to load water and paper shavings, the time required for complete disaggregation, of the download, and then start the cycle again.
Large contaminants are retained by this equipment and discharged after each material removal event.
Allow cleaning with water at the end of each event, leaving contaminants clean and without paper fibers, which decreases the amount of waste and prevents the loss of paper fibers.
They work by passing the disaggregated material through a perforated sheet, with holes in diameter such that contaminants cannot get through, staying inside the equipment, where after they will be unloaded after the end of the discharge and washing them inside the equipment.
