Roller Bar Accumulators

Roller Bar Accumulators

The rolls where the papers are rolled at the end of the machine, are called strangles.

Make budget

Technical description

In the straps, the papers are rolled up and after reaching the programmed diameter, this large paper roll is transferred to the rewinder to be cut according to the diameter and length required by the customer..

The straps are empty again (without paper) and need to be transferred to the reel for a new cycle.

This cycle of coils / bolts can be executed manually using cranes, monorails or other device, or it can be partially or completely automated.

Partial automation consists of a deposit for empty slots that receives them manually but places them on the reel automatically to start winding.

Complete automation consists of automating the entire cycle, in this way the coils are guided to the rewinder pneumatically or hydraulically and after the straps are empty they are lifted and directed to the tank on the reel, waiting for your turn to return to the process, without operator intervention.

Application

The use of accumulators and return straps is recommended for all reels as they remove the need for intervention by the people who handle the machine, even avoiding accidents, personal injury strikes although the most common physical damage is caused by strikes on movement.

Features and benefits

Ippel battery accumulators and return are robust, reliable, and integrate seamlessly with Ippel reels and unwinders.
